I saw this over at Seesaw design blog and I think it is just so fabulous!! It is already sold out..surprise surprise, but the Etsy shop which is called Flour definitely has a couple other great vintage finds. That is the kind of a a dress that will make passer-byer's days!

Collecting

There is this blog A Collection A Day that has been making the rounds, so maybe you have already seen it. It is so sweet and I wish I came up with this idea because I really think that I could it. I love collecting things. I have collections of vintage match boxes and old keys, mostly skeleton Keys. Lisa Congdon is a Artist living out in California ans she will post a new "collection" every day, above are some of my favorites.

Bright ideas!

I found these beautiful light bulbs on sale from sundance.
I have no need for them but oh how I want them! And at $50 dollars a piece it does not matter how much I want them, let's just say money isn't what i am rolling in lately. On the site it says, "When fixtures call for exposed bulbs, these are the ones they ask for." and I agree. I would definitely save the packaging if I got these.

Vintage Paper Dolls

I am working on an illustration project in which I am making paper dolls using a vintage style and I found these! SO cute. I am definitely getting some inspiration from these. I wish people still illustrated like they used to, there is something so nice about the simplicity.
