Starry Eyed

At first I thought these shoes from Anthropologie were just kind of cute, but knew I could find a similar shoe with a much lower price tag ($148.00). But then the name of the shoe “The stars come out” sparked my curiosity and when I looked closer I fell in love with these adorable little star cut outs all over the shoe. I have a pair of heeled oxfords that I just love, they make every outfit a little classier. I like that they hold my whole foot in without too high of a heel they are a pair I can actually handle wearing all day long. Mine are the gray ones at the bottom.

I am so glad these types of shoes are back in style. I guess these types of shoes go with the whole romantic braid look I was writing about a couple of posts ago.

Braidy Bunch

I realize this isn’t exactly breaking news, but I have been really loving the braid trend that’s been going on for a year or so now. I am wearing one right now using this great idea I saw on allure.com to wrap a bit of the tail around the elastic. That tiny detail makes the whole look much more polished, I guess that’s why they say “God is in the details. Here are a couple pretty photos of braids including the one I just wrote about...

Rainbow

I saw this over at Seesaw design blog and I think it is just so fabulous!! It is already sold out..surprise surprise, but the Etsy shop which is called Flour definitely has a couple other great vintage finds. That is the kind of a a dress that will make passer-byer's days!

Shoe Crushing

I am IN LOVE with these shoes!!! I want them so bad. They incorporate so many of my loves...obviously high heels is the main one but also they graphic heart is so fun and look at those colors AND they literally have my name on them!! They are a bit too much money for me at the moment, but just you wait and see I will have these shoes at some point and I can't wait.

swimingly

It's almost swimsuit season [AAHHH!] and I need to buy a new bathing suit. I was reading the latest edition of "Real Simple" and this bathing suit was featured in it, isn't it a beauty!? It is so hard to find such pretty one-piece bathing suites. I and thinking that maybe people are beginning to go back to wearing one-piece bathing suits. This bathing suit would either make my hips look huge, or it could be extremely flattering with the scrunching on the sides.

The company that designed this swimsuit Malia Mills has a lot of really beautiful swim wear. I think it is definitely worth checking out! The one down side to this whole thing is that it is $395 dollars and I cannot afford to buy a bathing suit that is that much money :(

Maybe sometime when I am out of school and have a steady job, I will be able to buy it!
